【花卉系列 - 玫瑰】粘嘉琳

周敦頤曾在《愛蓮說》文中提到，「水陸草木之花，可愛者甚蕃。」，又提及陶淵明愛菊花與蓮花的出淤泥而不染。除此之外又選了蘭花、油桐花、葵花等四季之花作為花卉系列的表現主軸，藉由轉換木材的堅硬來展現花朵的柔美。

/製作工藝(法)介紹/

技法使用榫接(直榫、斜榫、燕尾榫、暗榫等方式)作出盒體與盒蓋(含打磨)，利用各種木材的原色搭配，使花朵與背景皆能產生漸層。

that drowns the tender reed
逕自淹沒柔弱蘆葦

有人說，愛是利刃

任憑你靈魂淌血不顧
Some say love, it is a hunger an endless aching need
有人說，愛是帶痛的渴求，且永無止境
I say love it is a flower
我說，愛是朵花

而你，是那種籽

It's the heart afraid of breaking that never learns to dance
心若害怕受傷 永難學會起舞
It's the dream afraid of waking that never takes the chance
夢若擔心清醒 一再錯過良機
It's the one who won't be taken who can not seem to give
不願吃虧的人 無法付出心意
And the soul afraid of dying that never learns to live
而一味憂心死亡的靈魂 不曾活過

When the night has been too lonely
當夜晚一如往常，寂寞不堪
And the road has been too long
而前路依然無盡漫長

當你覺得 愛只屬於那些堅強幸運的人

記得，寒冬裡

嚴酷深雪底下，靜臥著種籽
